The app requires access to your device's camera to capture photos and videos as audit evidence. These media files are uploaded to your certification body’s organization account in the PIXO system for further review and processing.
The app requires storage permissions to temporarily store captured images and videos before they are securely uploaded to your certification body’s organization account in PIXO.
The app collects GPS coordinates of captured images to verify the authenticity and location of audit evidence. This data is uploaded along with the images to your certification body’s organization account in PIXO.
All data collected using the app (images, videos, GPS data) is stored in your certification body’s organization account in PIXO.
PIXO does not own or use the data for any purpose other than providing storage and processing services to your certification body.
Access to the data is restricted to authorized users within your certification body’s organization.
We take the security of your data seriously and implement encryption and secure cloud storage solutions to protect images, videos, and GPS data from unauthorized access.
Your login credentials are securely stored and never shared with third parties.
